All of our homes are prepared with the highest level of attention to detail by our on site Management and Maintenance team. Any deficiencies are repaired, walls are painted and the entire apartment is cleaned by our professional technicians. Any carpet is professionally steam cleaned by an outside vendor. The apartment or villa is inspected prior to your move in day to ensure it meets the highest level of expectations for your new home!
No, with your permission we can enter your apartment at any time during business hours to complete a service request. Or if a particular day and time is more convenient for you, you can request that service requests be done then!
Yes! Legacy Commons has 3 full time technicians available for routine requets during the week. 24/7 Emergency maintenance is available for any after hours emergent maintenance issues.
You can call, email or stop by the office. Or you can submit service requests through the Resident Portal or Rentcafe Resident app on your phone!
Unfortunately lockout service is not provided because all of our homes have deadbolts only and our building entrances have codes as well as keys.
Absolutely! We have ample stall parking and select attached and detached garages available in our community.
A 24/7 Fitness Center, sparkling resort style pool with outdoor TV and fireplace, outdoor picnic areas, 2 dog parks, a dog wash and car wash station, a state of the art digital coffee bar and an internet café!
The pool is open daily from 9am to 9pm and the outdoor picnic areas are available from 8am to 10pm.
Absolutely! We love furry friends and accept both cats and dogs. Our combined weight limit is 80lbs and we do have some breed restrictions for dogs as well as a max limit of 2 pets per home.
Black appliances are standard and included in each apartment, with white full sized washers and dryers.

The application process can take up to 24-48 hours, but typically are approved in less than 12 with all information and necessary documents submitted with the application.
Checks, cashiers checks and money orders are accepted in our office and in the Rent Drop box for after hours payments. ACH transactions from your checking or savings account, or credit card or debit card payments are accepted through our Resident Portal and the RentCafe Resident app on your phone or tablet. Debit card and credit card payments are charged an additional processing fee depending on the type of card, ACH transactions are always free!
No, our monthly building and facilities fee of $7.75 covers your liability insurance up to $100,000. However we do highly recommend purchasing personal property insurance to cover your personal belongings which are not protected under the building and facilities fee.
Currently the only cable and internet provider is CenturyLink, however Cox Communications will be available by April 2018.
A 60 day written notice to vacate is required, during which time you continue to be responsible for rent and utilities. A termination fee of one months rent plus a $300 reconditioning fee is required prior to your move out date. If you are active duty military and receive PCS or deployment orders over 90 days a 30 day notice is required and there is no penalty to terminate your lease.
The only utility account that will be in your name is OPPD, and you can contact them by phone or through their website to request service be transferred into your name.
There are no utilities included in your monthly rent. Our community will bill back your services for water, sewer and trash on a monthly basis with your rent statement.
Yes, the nearest Metro Station is less than a half mile from any building within our community.

We are conveniently located off 168th and Center in the Shops of Legacy plaza. Our community is directly across the street from Roja, Blue and Firehouse to name just a few.
